Oike Pond (Main Pond) and the Three-story Pagoda of Old Tomyoji temple

Sankeien Garden is a Japanese garden in Yokohama.
It is 175,000 square meters in area and there are many Japanese buildings relocated from Kyoto, Kamakura and so on, which have historical value.
These Japanese buildings are placed exquisitely in the garden and create splendid scenery.

In spring you can see beautiful cherry blossoms. Those around Oike Pond (Main Pond) are excellent. Combination of the historical buildings and the flowers is good. Among them scenery of the Three-story Pagoda of Old Tomyoji temple and cherry blossoms is very nice in particular. Cherry trees in the front of the main gate are also worth seeing.
